Prince of Peace Lutheran Church officially came into existence on August 23, 1964 after two years of merger studies between St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Ida, St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church of Rasinville Township, and West Ida Immanuel Lutheran Church. In May of 1964, meetings between St. Mark’s and St. Matthew’s produced two overwhelming votes to merge together. The Rev. Don F. All of US would love to see all of YOU at our 18th annual "Journey to the Cross" dramatic walk-through at Prince of Peace! Please join us on Good Friday, April 19, from 12-3 pm and 5-7 pm for a tour of Christ's last days. As always, tours are FREE, start every 15 minutes, and all ages are welcome.
